Refund policy

Returns :

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at play@guitarbro.in. We will initiate a return request for you. Please keep your item ready for return pickup. 

Refunds :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

The amount will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 working days and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-12 working days.

In case of COD, we will ask for the payment details from you to process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at play@guitarbro.in.
